Morn Laser Successfully Passed The ISO Recertification Audit

We are proud to announce that Morn Laser successfully passed the recertification audit for ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 accreditation. The Quality Management System(QMS) and Occupational Health and Safety Management System(OHSMS) of Morn Laser meet again all the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and OHSAS ISO 45001:2018 International Standards. The certificates (by Beijing Honesty First Certification) are renewed for a period of 3 years, until 26 May 2025.

In May 2022, the ISO review agency conducted a comprehensive, meticulous and strict on-site review of our company’s QMS and OHSMS.

The review mainly examined the product design and development process of the R&D department, the identification and control of risks and opportunities in the product realization process, the quality process control, and the sales and service concepts. It adopted on-site audit and document record audit method, and comprehensively checked the compliance of the company’s R&D and delivery.

The review expert group also conducted reviews on the control and operation management of the company’s quality, environment, occupational health and safety management system through on-site inspections, document review, sample surveys, positive evidence collection, etc.

The company’s audit projects has all complied with the latest version of the QMS and OHSMS standards and successfully obtained the system certifications. The expert group spoke highly of the positive efforts Morn Laser has made in the work of all management systems. Under the unstable macroeconomic situation, Morn Laser keeps paying attention to system construction, increases human and material resources, and adheres to the established quality, environment, occupational health and safety management policies and guidelines, which reflects the company’s commitment to society and care for employees.

The recertification also shows the industry and society’s full affirmation of our company’s strong technological innovation capabilities and high-end technological development capabilities.

Since the establishment in 2018, Morn Laser has QMS and OHSMS in place to ensure adaptability to the upcoming changes in industry. This is the 14th consecutive year that Morn Laser Laser has obtained this certification, reinforcing Morn Laser’s commitment to continual improvement of the business and to customer satisfaction. It marks that Morn Laser has entered a standardized and scientific modern enterprise management track. 

Mr. Xue, the chairman of the company, Mr. Li, the production director, and Mr. Chen, the person in charge of the quality management center, participated in the whole process and expressed their gratitude to the audit team for their hard work. “The acquisition of this certification is not the end of the work of Morn laser management system. We will start with the end and strive for excellence on the road of pursuing management benefits.”

Morn Laser Smart Manufacturing Industrial Park sits in the new district of Xintai Economic Development Zone with a total planned area of 66,000m2 and an investment of 250 million yuan. The Phase I is capable of producing 3,000 sets per year once put into mass production, and is expected to achieve an annual sales of 5 billion yuan.

“After the completion of the whole project, it will realize an annual production capacity of 15,000 sets, with an overall output value of over 3 billion yuan and an annual tax of about 50 million yuan, ranking among the forefront of the global laser equipment industry,” said Chairman Xue.
